Your t-shirt fundraiser profit is calculated by the amount you charge minus the blank shirt cost and printing cost. Here at Fundraiser Tees there are no other charges involved unless you hire our artist to do your t-shirt graphics.
When deciding how much to sell your shirts for, here are a couple things to keep in mind:
What Is your sales goal?
If the goal is a larger profit to support your non-profit organization, charity, benefit or similar, having a high sale price will offer a good profit even though that could lead to less sales. If the goal is advertising, a school fundraiser or just for fun, setting a low price will encourage more sales. The more people that buy your t-shirts, the more your message spreads.

How much is your target audience willing to pay for your custom t-shirt design?
Setting a price is all about knowing your audience. If you believe your supporters are able and want to support your online fundraiser generously, go big! If your main supporters are people who simply love your cause and want to support what they can, a low cost could turn out to be more profitable because it encourages more sales.
Tips for keeping production costs low:
A good way to keep production costs down and your costs up is to have a 1-3 color design. More colors equals more production cost. Never Fear! Our artist is a PRO at creating top notch custom t-shirt designs so the quality of the design won’t go down with less colors.
Another way to keep production cost down is to pick a mid-grade shirt. You don’t want to sell the cheap scratchy shirts but you don’t necessarily need the Ritz Carlton of shirts. We have hundred’s of options so we’ll help you find one that perfect for your budget!
We suggest charging $24.99 for short sleeve, $29.99 for long sleeve and $35.99 for sweatshirts and hoodies. Setting your price within a few dollars of these prices will ensure the max sale opportunity!
